Strategy only starts working once an organisation actually moves, and that is exactly the part I love. I combine programme leadership with facilitation and an insider's knowledge of the mobility sector, so that ambitions turn into routes, coalitions and first flights.
Programme leadership
Leading multi-stakeholder programmes in mobility and aviation, from work package coordination to aligning 22 international airlines.
Strategy & facilitation
Designing and facilitating the sessions where competitors, policymakers and researchers actually get somewhere together.

Keynotes, panels and opinion pieces on the future of travel, true pricing and how change really happens: through better alternatives, not bans.
What I'm working on
Coordinating the Flying Vision Accelerator work package on new energy carriers (hydrogen, electric, SAF) and partner strategy, with TU Delft, KLM, Airbus, Schiphol and NLR.
Co-organised the Zero Emission Flying Forum at Farnborough International Airshow, bringing the Dutch and UK electric and hydrogen aviation ecosystems together.
Making the true price of flying visible, and investing that difference in the future of travel. Nominated for the Transition Award 2026.
