From ambition to motion
Organisations rarely lack ambition on sustainability. What they lack is the route from plan to practice, and someone who keeps a diverse coalition moving along it. That is where I come in.
The complex programme
Work package coordination, interim programme management, partner strategy. I led The Aviation Challenge at SkyTeam with a team of 10 and 22 airlines, and now coordinate a roadmap work package for the Flying Vision Accelerator.
The room full of interests
I design and facilitate the sessions where things get decided: think tanks, CEO tables, multi-stakeholder canvasses. Competitors, ministries and researchers at one table, leaving with a shared next step.

Keynotes, panels and moderation on sustainable aviation, true pricing and the mobility transition. From off-the-record breakfasts with industry leaders to forums at Farnborough International Airshow.
Projects
Flying Vision Accelerator · Coordinating the work package on new energy carriers (hydrogen, electric flight and SAF) and consortium partner strategy, in the national Luchtvaart in Transitie programme with TU Delft, KLM, Airbus, Royal Schiphol Group and NLR. Roadmapping toward clean aviation in 2050.
The true price of flying · Together with Impact Institute and True Price, the fund calculates the hidden climate cost of a flight and invests that amount in future-proof travel, such as electric aviation. Nominated for the Transition Award 2026 (mobility).

Zero Emission Flying Forum, Farnborough · Concept, programme and organisation of the NL-UK forum on electric and hydrogen aviation at Farnborough International Airshow 2026, with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Dutch Embassy in London. Sixty participants put route candidates, coalitions and funding logic on paper.
Sustainable business travel · Supported the coalition of 80+ large Dutch employers working to halve the footprint of their business travel, among others on the breakthrough programme for international travel and the sessions that get CEOs to commit.
SkyTeam · Programme lead The Aviation Challenge (a.i.): 22 international airlines demonstrated a 19% CO2 reduction potential. Elemental · Strategy consultant on sustainability transformations for among others ABN AMRO, Hilti and L'Oréal.
Initiatives
Things I build because the transition needs them, not because someone pays for them. They keep me sharp, and they are the best proof of what I believe in.
